The contrasting shall enable the participants to actively determine the differences and similarities between various countries. The international comparison qualifies the participants to reconsider and even to further develop own approaches. Thus, new input for the own research process is created.
Additional to lectures, participants are expected to organise themselves into working teams (ca. 5-6 members) according to the four thematic fields. Those teams shall work on precise research issues within Aquaculture. The lecturers and instructors will help and guide the working teams. The close cooperation in international teams will strengthen the knowledge exchange within the group and also with settled researchers.
